We have two Registered Land Surveyors on staff. We are a full service Land Surveying business. We offer Boundary surveys, lots to very large tracts, we divide property for estates, we provide subdivision services, we also do topographic and tree location surveys. Construction staking is another area we have expertise in. We provide Elevation Certificates and LOMA's. With this background, we excel in large rural boundary work. We are members of the Surveying and Mapping Society of Georgia (SAMSOG) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS). Professionals who support and participate in their professional societies are PROFESSIONALS.

W. Kayle Cowherd is a second generation surveyor who began his career in 1995 while working at Planners and Engineers Collaborative in Atlanta Georgia. Kayle worked up through the ranks as a rod man, instrument man, and party chief while attending school at night. Kayle attended Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta GA. Kayle also attended Gwinnett Technical College in the Residential Construction Program. Kayle became a licensed Land Surveyor in 2006.
